In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data

The protection of the personal data of our clients and other natural persons (referred to as “data subjects”) is one of the priority interests of corp.digital, s. r. o. This document describes how the company processes personal data in the course of its business activities.

2. Scope of personal data processed
We do not collect personal data when browsing the site. We record only the necessary parts of data/activity for the use of all services and functionality of the site.
We record them when you send a contact form/request for an offer or for a purchase through the store when purchasing/ordering a service or purchasing other online products.
Personal data processed on the basis of voluntary provision by the data subject include:

- ID (if relevant)

- POSTAL CODE
- Phone number
- Email address
This data shall be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, but for a maximum period of 10 years.

b)Fulfillment of legal obligationsin the field of accounting and tax regulations - Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR.
c) Marketing activities(sending information emails about products and services) - Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
4. Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject has the right to:
a) Request access to your personal data and a copy thereof.
b) Request correction of incorrect or incompletely processed data.
c) Request the erasure of personal data (the so-called “right to be forgotten”) if they are no longer necessary for the stated purposes.
d) Request the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations.
e) Object to the processing of personal data.
f) Request the transfer of personal data to another controller.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
corp.digital, s. r. o. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated via this website or by email.These terms and conditions are valid from 1.1.2025.
